User Reviews Of Unbroken:
While it is an exceptional story in it is own right, the movie fails to
dazzle or inspire as the book did. It not at all fully materializes into the
epic knowledge it wants to be. The writing was challenging from the get-go.
Attributing a men awfully brutal POW experience with a spiritual awakening and power
in God does not translate well on the huge screen. Blending individuals two
subject matters jointly in a seamless way as maintaining the violent topic that
the director imposes on the audience just does not work. This movies tries to
be too many things so naturally it fails to be no matter which. You can not
please everybody. The buzz in excess of the last two years promoting this movie
really boosted my hopes. Simply to feel tremendously let down and honestly,
conned. Possibly it was a lack of budget or the lack of aptitude behind the
screen. On monitor the talent was imposing and I think we have found a new
budding star in novice Jack O'connell. Extremely impressive indeed.
