Hulchul doesn't still stand a chance of being roughly as funny as the best comedy I have ever seen, Hungama.It, once again, relapses to the same old Bollywood formula movie with the same plan. Promoted as a comedy, there is so a lot pointless maar-dhaar as well as melodrama. Songs aren't that huge either. Akshaye as well as Kareena gave fine performances. Priyadarshan is completely random. Occasionally he'll give a Hera Pheri or Hungama, with sometimes he'll give a Hulchul or a Yeh Tera Ghar Yeh Mera Ghar. Before ending this appraisal, though, there is one sight that is stomach-hurting hilarious in this film. I'll presently say one word-cow. If nobody else, watch that sight. It'll absolutely tickle your funny fillet.

Storyline Of Rascals:
