User Reviews Of Maggie:
Zombies have been all the enthusiasm for quite
sometime with shows like `The Walking Dead` and movies like `World War Z`
dominating the box office. I have by no means been such a fan of the genre as
something about the undead now hunting on human flesh not at all seemed
appealing. Within Henry Hobson's `Maggie` where he recruits Arnold
Schwarzenegger as well as Academy Award nominee Abigail Breslin as a father-
daughter pair that expend the final days together before the young Maggie
transforms into a zombie is one of the more gripping works on the genre seen however.
Charismatic and really very moving at
times, it is surprising to see where entrance screenwriter John Scott 3 brings
this sympathetic tale. We are introduced to Maggie as her father Wade, now
after finds her after a two-week search. She was brought to their farm home
where her step-mother Caroline and her two younger siblings live. Since
Maggie's transformation is sure to become erratic and firm, the entire family
sits on the edge as their beloved daughter deals with not only her changing
self, but addressing the surroundings of her friends and a future that is at
the moment to never be.
