Katniss will take stock of her new position as a rebel in District 13. A hovercraft takes her to District 13 where the survivors of District 12 now reside.  Only three mamber were saved from the arena: Katniss herself, Beetee, Finnick but Peeta wasn't one of them – he is  still missing, other victors Annie, Johanna, and Enobaria.
